DMCA & IP infringement policy

TigerScribe respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe content uploaded to or stored in the Service infringes your copyright or other IP rights, this is how to file a notice and how the counter-notice process works.

Last updated · May 4, 2026

1. Designated agent

Send DMCA notices to our designated agent:

DMCA Agent — TigerScribe Labs LLC
2054 S. Euclid St, Ste H PMB#3130, Anaheim, CA 92802
Email: legal@tigerscribe.com

2. What a notice must include

To be effective, a notice must include all of the following:

  1. 01A physical or electronic signature of the rights-holder or an authorized agent.
  2. 02Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
  3. 03Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located on the Service (URLs are best; account / file IDs work too).
  4. 04Your contact information — name, address, phone, email.
  5. 05A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
  6. 06A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights-holder.

We may not act on incomplete notices. Knowingly false claims may make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

3. What happens after a valid notice

  • We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
  • We promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We notify the user who uploaded the material and provide a copy of the notice.
  • The user may file a counter-notice (see §4).

4. Counter-notice procedure

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice that includes:

  1. 01Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. 02Identification of the material that was removed and the location it appeared before removal.
  3. 03A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. 04Your name, address, and phone, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where you live (or, if outside the US, where we are located).

On a valid counter-notice, we restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in line with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
